After naval service in the South Pacific during World War II, Leo Tschopp returned to Buffalo, New York to restart his tailoring supply business in 1945. Leo was consistent and untiring in fulfilling his faith in the company, and in the success of his many loyal customers.
In 1975, Leo’s son, James Tschopp, became an integral part of the company. James was ready to add to the legacy of customer goodwill, while looking to increase the scope of Tschopp Supply. James focused on supplying the needs of the commercial and industrial laundry industry.
Leo’s grandson, John Silverman, began working for the company in 1989. John began his career at Tschopp in the installation of automated laundry systems. By 1999, John became Corporate Vice President and General Manager. Then in 2005, James Tschopp retired and John Silverman assumed the role of Corporate President.
